What you’ll see

  • Processing: We’re preparing your order. (Usually 0–2 business days.)

  • Shipped: Your package has left our warehouse a tracking number is available.

  • In transit: Package is on the way with the carrier.

  • Out for delivery: Carrier will deliver today.

  • Delivered: Package has been delivered. Check the delivery confirmation for location/time.

Helpful tips

  • Tracking delays sometimes happen give the carrier 24 hours to update their system after the label is created.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, check around the delivery address (porch, neighbor) and then contact us.

  • For international orders, customs can add extra days we’ll update you if this happens.
