Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Orders (South Africa): 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders (check promotions on our homepage).

Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number and the email used during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
Tuye is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You received the wrong item or a damaged/faulty product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened electronics or items showing signs of use

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items returned without original packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@tuye.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
