Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take:

  • Local Orders (South Africa): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs clearance for international orders. Tuye Glow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30-days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as feeding products and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
